About the Founder
Herbal Harmony was born out of frustration, faith, and a deep connection to nature.
After years of navigating the challenges of PCOS the irregular cycles, the uncertainty, the feeling of being dismissed,I turned to the herbal traditions I grew up with in Dominica.
What started as a personal healing journey became a mission to support other women experiencing similar struggles. Every blend is crafted with intention, care, and the knowledge passed down through generations of Caribbean herbalism.
